MANILA - Petron Corp. on Friday confirmed that it was reviewing plans to expand its existing refining capacity.  The plans being reviewed include the building of a new refinery that will boost its capacity by 100,000 barrels per day, Petron Corp. told the stock exchange.   The new refinery will be able to produce high-grade petroleum products, the company said.   Petron said it will file the necessary disclosures in case of further developments.
