North Atlantic Refining Wednesday said a brief fire at its oil refinery in Come By Chance, Newfoundland, Canada, will have minimal impact to operations. "The fire was contained and put out very quickly by our first response crew, with minimal impact to our operation. The cause is under investigation," company spokeswoman Gloria Slade said. No further details were provided. The 115,000-barrel-a-day refinery is owned and operated by Korea National Oil Corp.
